Bethel Christian Church was birthed in the heart of Pastor Donald Hunter Jr. in Fall 2006 when the Spirit of the Lord spoke to his heart saying, “"I will do a new thing in the house of Israel".  He continued speaking to Donald, telling him that He had given to him a land called Bethel, even as He gave to Jacob.  Even as it was then and still today, Bethel represents a land of supernatural activity, a gate of heaven.  Bethel is a place where the angels of God ascend and descend and where the works of Jesus Christ and miracle power of God is revealed.  Bethel Christian Church is not just a natural building of bricks and mortar, but is a place where God’s people can hear and understand the secret things of God. 

 

Genesis 28:10-19 …And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and said, Surely the Lord is in this place…..This is none other but the house of God… this is the gate of heaven!

Mission Statement:

Bethel Christian Church is a place where God’s people can come and experience God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit through prophetic bible teaching, prophetic worship, healings, miracles, and prophecies.  God has established His house so that people can receive eternal salvation through the preaching of Jesus Christ and so that they can be further trained and equipped to be effective witnesses for Jesus Christ. 

At Bethel, We believe that there is no power greater than the power of God, and that through faith in Jesus Christ all things are possible.  Whether the need is eternal salvation, healing, deliverance, or a financial breakthrough, we believe that all things are possible to those that put their trust in Jesus Christ.
